02 — Process

How I work.

01

Ship, then iterate.

I'd rather have a rough thing in production this week than a perfect thing in six. Every project on this page started as an ugly MVP I refused to polish until it was earning its keep in someone's real workflow.

Own the whole surface.

I write the spec, build the frontend, wire the backend, watch the metrics, answer the tickets. That loop is the job — the best product decisions come from being close enough to feel the friction yourself.

Learn the new model.

Every few weeks something lands that changes what's buildable. I read the model card, wire it into something small, and find the edge where it breaks. That habit is why the AI work I ship survives contact with real users.

Leading frontend product engineering across biometric identity, payments, and the AI ops layer that keeps both running.

  • →Architected the WinkID customer-facing web and mobile apps — Next.js, React Native, and native iOS (Swift) — integrating authentication and multimodal biometric services across face, palm, and voice.
  • →Built the Wink Checkout payment engine: ACH and card gateway integration, backend APIs, database-level transaction persistence, real-time monitoring, and third-party services.
  • →Engineered OpsDesk, an AI operational hub wiring Jira, Azure, Slack, and Teams into Claude via Atlassian MCP — then hardened the Docker and CI/CD pipelines and automated key rotation for exposed infrastructure secrets.

Owned Vetic's rebranded marketing site and shipped core modules into VMS, their internal SaaS.

  • →Led the rebuild of vetic.in on React, Next.js, and Astro — GA, GTM, and custom event tracking end to end, with a Django backend for dynamic slug and context management and S3 for asset delivery.
  • →Built and optimised the Inventory and ROTA management modules in VMS, scoped from market analytics and competitor teardowns.
